Show all tabs should be added as an option, which is ⇧⌘. It is present in all native macOS applications, but in Orion has not yet been implemented.

It's related to https://orionfeedback.org/d/382-cannot-show-all-tabs/10. But, the result of that discussion is that the feature won't be implemented.

When using Safari the "zoom out" trackpad gesture shows you all of your open tab in small windows, this is something that i actually really like when i have a lot of tabs open and I also think it would be a great addition to use on "Focus mode" since it wouldn't show the toolbars.

Sorry to counter the this feature request. But personally, I dislike the tabs view because it easily gets triggered accidentally. So if this feature gets implement, please consider adding a toggle in the preferences panel to disable/enable it

I know this isn't native macOS behaviour but it would be great to be able to rearrange tabs in the tab overview. Like it works on mobile safari
