Steps to reproduce:
- Resize vertical tab sidebar to minimum width.
- Click "Bookmarks" underneath the Library in the bookmarks sidebar.
- See that the bookmarks expands, and when you click the back arrow, it no longer expands to its former state.
Expected behavior:
For it to go back to its former width.
