Steps to reproduce:

  1. Get the DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials extension from here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/duckduckgo-for-firefox/
  2. Open the DuckDuckGo Extension Window
  3. Click on Settings after clicking the Gear Icon on the top right

Expected behavior:
I can see all the Settings and setup the Email Protection. (My use case of the DuckDuckGo App)

Current behavior:
DuckDuckGo Extension Window shows panel filled with grey color. After closing and reopening only the DuckDuckGo search bar is visible and all other extension features are gone.

    DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials Extension is working on my Imac v10.15.7 Catalina

      I mean, it works until I click on the Settings. Normally in Firefox another browser tab opens. In Orion the window gets grey like in the Screenshot.

        Was about to ask how you got it working, because whenever I tried to sign up for email autofill it would complain that it didn't work with this browser but I just set the useragent to chrome and it worked lol! Also I would actually consider it a feature that ddg doesn't fully work with orion, on chrome it aggressively sets your search engine to duck if you want to email autofill and there is no way to change your search engine without uninstalling the entire extension!

          Yep, Orion has superior privacy features already built in, this extension should not be necessary

                Hi @Vlad , I find the DuckDuckGo extension useful for the simple fact that I can create and manage aliases from their service. I can't get it to work on iOS, though. Really a pity!

                  Steps to reproduce:
                  Install DuckDuckGo extension from Chrome Extension Store, either Firefox. You will see that it does not work. I mean that the menu needs to render some UI.
