Steps to reproduce:
- Play any tab with audio, preferably youtube.
- Continually create new tabs.
Expected behavior:
- There will be no audio stutter.

I opened a lot of tabs (there's more to the right)
And there was and is no audio stuttering for me
Having the same issue, sometimes the audio stutters randomly (as mentioned in https://orionfeedback.org/d/1638-video-audio-stutters-in-all-situations), but a reliable way to trigger the stutter seems to be creating new tabs.
