I've been encountering the audio stuttering issue still occuring in 0.99.112-beta (WebKit 614.1.1)

    This was fixed in some inbetween release but is now broken again in Version 0.99.113.1-beta (WebKit 614.1.5.7)

      pingiun Yeah new WebKit is culprit we reverted again.

          this came back in Version 0.99.114-beta (WebKit 614.1.12)

            it's kinda annoying that this bug has regressed two times now

              pingiun What happens is that the new version of WebKit has this bug. We changed back twice to older version of WebKit. But we have to move on to a newer version (specially since it is 15% faster than the old one)

              What makes it hard for us is that we can not reproduce the problem. So if someone can list exact steps that would be great.

                  At least for me it always starts to happen when I use my airpods pro to watch youtube. It's not something that happens immediately, but it always happens on a longer youtube session. I am on a Macbook Pro M1, and I have a lot of tabs open.

                    For me this happens for any video/audio playback from Orion, regardless of the site and audio output selected. Tried various sites like youtube, piped, invidious, ivoox, primevideo, crunchyroll, ... all play audio with noise.

                      I am not sure if its related, but for me it is the video playback that stutters. The audio outputs fine. happend after recent update (Version 0.99.114-beta (WebKit 614.1.12)). Happens every 30-90 seconds.

                            I tried using safari the same problem occurs so I guess it indeed is a webkit problem.

                                For me it does not occur in Safari, and weirdly iOS version of Orion works without problems, so is it possible it is Mac OS related?

                                  I have also same issue with "Version 0.99.115-beta (WebKit 614.1.12)" and MacOS Montave 12.2.1. That is not happening in the Safari/Chrome/Firefox 🤔

                                    Having this problem also. Seems to be specifically when using Bluetooth headphones. I either get no audio or stuttered/crackling audio. Notice it mostly on youtube. I get 0 audio when trying to use google meet.
