No, this will not happen, as Favorites shows on the start page, while bookmarks bar shows in the bookmarks bar.

Yes, I agree, it's annoying.
As I said, Bookmarks Bar is for bookmarks in the bookmarks bar, while Favorites are for things on the start page. These are not the same thing.
Yes, as the start page and bookmarks bar show the exact same thing in Safari. Orion has them separated.
Have them separate gives more power to users. Also bookmarklets look really bad when in start page.

Vlad Could it be given as an option to users to merge the folders in that case?
Or at least the option to show "Favorites" and "Bookmark Bar" separately in the Start Page.
