Picture-In-Picture used to work like this:
I would play a video. If I wet to a diffferent tab in prion, or to another application, the video would become a small window in a coener I chose.
It was a very consisten tbehavior.
Now, sometimes when I start a video on e.g. Youtube, Picture-in-Picture works as it always did. Other times, the video stops playing if I go to a differen tOrion tab or to another application. I can only get Picture-in-Picture working consistently if I manually select the Picture-in-Picture icon.
It is only the automatic Picture-in-Picture feature that is workign inconsistently.
I expected the previous automatic Picture-in-Picture feature wo work as before.
