When search engine suggestions changes the typed words, suggestions don't work

Steps to reproduce:

have search engine suggestions set up and turned on
type in ortrait in the address bar, and observe that you can't select a suggestion correctly. You can focus it, but it doesn't change the texxt in the address bar

Expected behavior:
It correctly changes the address bar text.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Device: 2020 13" M1 MacBook Pro
OS: macOS Monterey 12.1 (Build 21C52)
Orion: Version 0.99.109.1.6-beta (WebKit 613.1.12)

It should match the behavior of safari, which causes all of the text starting from the first character changed onward to become highlighted.

Autocomplete suggestions for history include domain in matching algorithm

For example, I was viewing a reddit post last night about some ambient music artists. I typed in the address bar "reddit ambient" but didn't find anything.

If I just type "ambient", I get that result. If I type just "reddit", I curiously do not get that result at all - but reddit posts do not include "reddit" in the page title, only in the URL.

If I had many previous visits to non-reddit sites w/ "ambient" in the title I wouldn't be able to find it, even if "reddit ambient" would otherwise yield a single good match across all my history

Type in Address Bar:

"reddit", note that the history suggestions do not have "reddit" in the page title, only the URL - it is matching the URL and giving the reddit homepage and the reddit post on ambient music
"ambient", note that the history suggestions includes page title matches
"reddit ambient", note that there are no history suggestions for any these 3 pages

For "reddit ambient", I expect the reddit post on ambient music to be the first under the history, and then the page title matches and URL matches to be ranked under that one. I'm not sure if a page title match or URL match should be ranked higher - probably the page title matches should be higher.

In Firefox, I often navigate to frequently-visited websites by typing the first character of the domain in the address bar and pressing enter. For example, I might open a new tab to Wikipedia by typing "e" in the address bar and expecting it to complete to "en.wikipedia.org"; or "n" for "news.ycombinator.com" to visit Hacker News.

This usually works in Orion, but not always. Occasionally when I type "e", Orion will find a title of a page I've visited that contains the letter "e", and suggest the suffix of that page's title starting with the "e" -- for example, "e" might complete to "er News", or "i" might complete to "ikipedia" (see attached screenshots for some examples):

If I accept the suggestion, it performs a Kagi search for "er News", or "ikipeida", which is not useful at all:

The "Top Hit" suggested always shows the page I meant to go to. I would expect the search bar to complete this top hit, not a Kagi search for a suffix of a previously-visited page title.

A couple points that may be relevant:

I imported my browsing history from Firefox; I haven't tested on a fresh install of Orion.
The issue does not occur every time; maybe 1 in 10 attempts.
