Opening Pop-up Window Leads to Crash

When signing into Pearson, it prompts the user to allow pop-up windows.

After going into website settings and setting "Pop-up Windows" to "Allow" it leads to a crash every time you open the website.

This is reproducible in a new profile.

Setting "Pop-up Windows" to "Allow" on Safari does not lead to a crash.

Version 1.0.0 (139), WebKit 623.1.8.0.0

I am trying to attach a screen recording of the crash, but Orion Feedback is not letting me.

Edit: I had to compress the screen recording file down, it is now attached.

No, I can reproduce the bug with a fresh profile, no sign in necessary.

I don't even have to go into website settings for it to crash, clicking on the "Show blocked pop-up window(s)" icon in the search bar leads to a crash also.
