Disable caching Scroll Position in Private Browsing Mode

Currently Orion remembers the user’s page scroll location and goes back to it after revisiting.

This should not happen. This is not ideal for privacy and security reasons (say if someone can backtrack what the user previous visited or looked at on a site)

Steps to easily reproduce:

Go to a website via a favorite/bookmark
Scroll down
Close the site by long tapping the tabs button.
Go back to the same website via the favorite/bookmark
Result

Does not happen with Safari.
