I tried placing an order with the QR code you provided and following the instructions you showed and didn't experience any involuntary refreshes and didn't see, so I haven't made much progress so far.
Would you be able to try again after:
- Updating you content blockers list, and restarting Orion?

or
- Switching to "Basic" content blocking?
