this error is so sereve, that it makes Orion unusable for work. All the header of the pages lost itself on the browser.

This is much better after the 0.99.138 update, but I am still seeing it from time to time--probably one of your edge cases. Specifically, if I open a new tab in the background for a site that I have set to automatically use Reader Mode, it still happens. Should I create a new bug report or do you just want to keep it all in this one?

@Antinetizen1 Thank you for the update. Yes, I can reproduce this issue with reader mode, we'll be looking into it. It is fine if you don't open a new bug report.

The original issue of the content hiding behind the toolbar in normal mode though should have been fixed with 0.99.138 update.

Not always but frequently, Orion mis-loads a page so the top of it is cut off. Reloading the page fixes it. It seems to occur most often when sending a link to Orion by clicking a link in another application, or by clicking a link within Orion while it's configured to open links in new tabs (or by right-clicking a link and sending it to a new tab). This is new behaviour the last…ohhh…month or so. It is not site-specific. Here are some paired examples. A page as first loaded:

@RoxyRoxyRoxy I just upgraded to 138 and – tentatively, pending more experience – it appears to've been fixed. Looks like it was related to #12249 and the sublinked bugs, yes.

On one of my profiles it still looks broken, it looks fine on the other. I don't know the difference between the two.

There is also the issue where it switches between light mode and dark mode depending on how the website looks like, and this just looks bugged with gray tab titles on light gray tab background.

This is with 138 and macOS 26.2 beta

^ The light / dark mode switching depending on websites happens because you might have Show website color for compact and vertical tabs option enabled. If you want the system theme regardless of the website, just uncheck that option.

On one of my profiles it still looks broken, it looks fine on the other. I don't know the difference between the two.

@akshatpatel Here is a completely fresh profile. macOS 26.2 beta set to dark mode.

As you can see, the light pages cause the tab text to be gray, which is not legible. The liquid glass effect also looks incorrect. Orion is with default settings due to new profile.

Anyways, I'll bump this one up again internally and focus on specifically testing with macOS 26.2 beta (because I'm fairly sure that we fixed and tested this thoroughly for 26.1). Please help me out with a few more details:

(it below refers to the bug where the toolbar becomes transparent and you can see content underneath it)

Does this happen with specific websites, or is it generally happening with all websites?
Does it permanently stay, or becomes normal on reloading the page?
@russell In your screenshot it shows reader mode - does this happen only on reader mode, or all pages?
Can you reproduce this on v1 with a fresh profile?

@akshatpatel It's quite inconsistent but I'll try to answer the questions.

No specific websites as far as I noticed

In one of my profiles it is permanent, in one it does not happen at all, and now with the freshly created one it goes away after reload.

Can you reproduce this on v1 with a fresh profile?

Yes, see the image. I opened HackerNews on a completely fresh profile, opened Orionfeedback in a second tab and once I switch back to the first tab it is looking broken. Reloading fixes it here but like I said I have a different profile where I can't get it fixed by reloading.
