I'm getting the same issue with Netflix, same exact error code: S7361-1253. I can also confirm it is not a macOS Tahoe specific error, as I'm running Orion version 0.99.136-beta on macOS Sequoia 15.7. It will play the episode just fine for about a minute, and then the error will just randomly appear. This happens on every single show, no matter what I try (changing website settings, enabling compatibility mode, etc.). I am on a 2023 MacBook Pro, 14-inch, with an Apple M2 Pro Chip, and 16GB of RAM.
I can also confirm that this issue only seems to occur with Netflix specifically, as I have never had any issues on HBO Max. Every single time, I had to resort to streaming on Safari, as this error is far less likely to occur there.
