Quick(er) (non-AI) website translation

I don't like to use Kagi Translation for a quick website translation.

For example when I want to translate an article on arstechnica.com, for which I have a Pro subscription. In Orion I'm logged in to that website, so every time I visit it, I'm still logged in.

Now I want to translate an article:

It's much much slower than for example the local translation in Safari or Edge.
It doesn't remember my target language (Dutch), so every time I have to change that.
Often page images aren't loaded, like you see in the screenshot below.
It's opened with the ArsTechnica website not logged in.
Every time I get the cookie window, which I have to click away, because it doesn't have the cookie (with the previous choices) from my normal Orion session.

I don't have the above mentioned problems when using Safari, Edge and Vivaldi to name a few.

I get that some prefer AI translation (I'm not), but please also offer a quicker translation option.

Or like how Vivaldi does it. I don't care if it's less perfect; I just want it to be quick.

Currently, we handle translations via a redirect, which is why you might find them slower and not as integrated. But good news! We're working on making it faster and more tightly integrated soon. Hang tight!

Please make the translation via Kagi Translation optional. I understand that some want that, which why it's good to have that option for them.

But I really prefer to use the fast non-AI option; the one that macOS has build in. I don't care if the translation would be a bit "less perfect". I prefer speed.

And if it's not clear yet, I despise AI for many reasons.
