Indeed, the key to this was to do it in landscape orientation. Sneaky bug.
I could reproduce and instantly found a fix. Makes sense when you know what you're looking for!
Thank you so much for that, I think this was an elusive crash that we saw in crash reports but were unable to understand. This extra piece of context made the difference!
