Yes, I'm able to reproduce it when performing a search on the Images, Videos, News, or Podcasts tabs. Interestingly, searches on the "All" tab (the general one) work as expected. Again, all kinds of searches done in Safari (with the Kagi extension installed) work fine.
On Safari, all searches are triggered by clicking on either of the following:
- The magnifier icon on the search bar
- The search button from the keyboard
- Engine suggestions
On Orion, none of these actions trigger a search. Instead, I have to refresh the URL to trigger the search.
Additionally, on Orion, if I keep the same query in the search bar and click on any of the tabs (Images, Videos, News, or Podcasts), the search is triggered. However, if I stay on the same search tab and update the query, nothing happens.
laiz what happens if you select one of the engine suggestions instead of just erasing part of the query?
Nothing happens. The engine suggests queries as I type, but when I click on any of them, no search is triggered. The selected query is written in the search bar, but no search occurs.
laiz what happens if you completely replace the image search query with something else?
No search is triggered either.
