iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18.5
I have my address bar at the top of the screen and "None" assigned to Gesture: Address Bar: Swipe Down in Orion Settings. I have all Extensions turned off. I am trying to activate the iOS Speak Screen feature, which is activated by swiping down from the top of the screen (I cannot change this trigger).
Bug Reproduction:
In iOS Settings, turn on Speak Screen (in Accessibility, in Vision: Spoken Content, you're looking for a toggle labeled Speak Screen).
In Orion, open any two tabs with any websites (cannot be blank tabs).
Go to the first tab.
Swipe down from the top of the screen.
Observe that you are not moved to a different tab, and that Speak Screen activates on the first tab.
Go to the second tab.
Swipe down from the top of the screen.
What happens:
I am moved to the first tab, and then Speak Screen is activated on the first tab instead of the second tab.

Bug not present in Safari:
On Safari, when swiping down on a tab that has tabs before it, Speak Screen is activated on the same tab I swiped down on, and doesn't move me to the previous tab.

Workaround:
Move the tab you want to use Speak Screen on so it is the first tab in its tab group, or delete all other tabs in its tab group.
Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide.
What I expect to happen:
To stay on the second tab and activate Speak Screen on the second tab, matching the behavior of the first tab.
