Website content sometimes bleeds into toolbar region when using compact/vertical tabs

Steps to reproduce the issue:

On Orion Version 0.99.133.3-rc (WebKit 622.1.9.19.2), create a fresh profile
Enable vertical tabs or compact tabs
I have found old.reddit.com to be the most consistent page for reproducing this issue, in the video below I am using https://old.reddit.com/r/freebsd to demonstrate the issue
Go to https://old.reddit.com/r/freebsd and while the page is loading, scroll down
Often, this results in the page contents going over the toolbar
I have not been able to reproduce this issue using Standard tab display mode

Expected behavior:
Page content should not go over the toolbar in any situation, as is the case on current -beta.

I saw this a few days ago but don't know how to reproduce it reliably. Nice to see someone able to screen cap it.

Here is an odd issue to describe. But it is repeatable.

When I visit https://dka.io/work and click on the Careers link in the header menu, a new tab opens with the url https://jobs.dka.io. For whatever reason, this new tab makes the Orion top bar be completely transparent.

If the tab is reloaded using Cmd+R, the transparent bar remains.
However, if i copy the URL, open a new tab and paste it, it will have a normal top bar.

I expected Orion to handle it like Safari does - top bar keeps its glassy effect.

I have found this ticket from before that could be causing it, but it doesn't seem it was ever implemented, so thats probably not it. https://orionfeedback.org/d/8740-revert-dont-show-transparent-titlebar-when-start-page-has-a-background-image

The toolbar sometimes turns transparent when I'm on Bluesky. Specifically, it happens when:

The 'Show website color for compact & vertical tabs' option is checked.
Vertical tabs are enabled.
I access bsky.app from a newly opened tab (it doesn't happen if the tab was already on a different website or if I refresh the page).

I expected the toolbar to not become fully transparent.
