Can’t open external app from a link in Orion on iOS

The Orion app on iOS can't open an app installed on my iPhone. It doesn't recognize I have it installed. In fact, when I click the link, instead of opening the app, I am transported to the App Store page of the app, where I can see "Open". This is an example with the TikTok app.

It should redirect me to the designed app, not to the app's page on App Store. Here’s an example with Safari

Hey! Could you check Orion settings -> General -> App Opener -> search for TikTok — what is the state of that setting? Please make sure it is Enabled.

laiz Thanks for the reply. It was enabled, I also tried switching it off and on, but nothing. Anyway, my problem is not with TikTok at all, because I use the app. The fact is that I'm in Italy and here, we use an app for the digital identity to access public administration sites and I can speed up the login by opening that app and then accepting the login attempt. In Safari or other browsers I have no issues, but when using Orion I can't do this.

Could you link the app? Additionally, if you happen to know, is there a test page or something where I can test it as I am not from Italy.

It should just work but since you already checked the App Opener settings, I don't have much else to suggest.

I don't think you can check if you are not from Italy; anyway, the app is called PosteID.
Anyway, the app opener is enabled for TikTok and it redirects me to the App Store page, not to the app itself. laiz
