Apple's Password extension in broken for me on Orion RC.

The Apple Passwords extension (via Firefox addons) fails to operate correctly on Orion RC. It tells me that I need to be running macOS Sonoma or higher which I am. Switching to compatiblilty mode makes no difference. This extension operates correctly in the stable version of Orion.

I expect that the iCloud Password extension asks me to enter a 6-digit verification code.

macalba This should be fixed with latest macOS updates (macOS 15.6 and macOS 26 beta), as macOS introduced some new security checks for native services connections from any application, but same is resolved by providing required information to Apple team, which they included in latest macOS releases to fix that for us.

This same thing occurred for the Zen browser recently. For them, Apple had to make an update to support Zen, although that change is pending inclusion into a macOS release.

I notice that Orion (including the RC version) already have entries in the file. These were added about a month ago, so seems likely this is also pending inclusion into a macOS release also.
