Cmd+T opens new pages in the wrong tabs

Facing the same issue on iPad. Really frustrating when having a form filled in the original tab and it gets cleaned up by being overwritten

@Yannick Thank you for flagging this as planned. This bug is extremley ennoying, honestly it makes this geat browser userless for daily use on the ipad. Any feedback when we can expect this tab focus error to be fixed? Would love to switch back to orion as default browser…

I've merged several tickets that all relate to the same issue.
Thank you all for reporting this bug and detailing reproduction steps. We've have worked on a fix and we hope to ship it soon.

On an iPad with an external keyboard, open a new tab with cmd+t, then type a search query and press Enter.
Observe that the current tab remains unchanged, and the search results are shown in the previous tab.

The search results should be shown in the current tab.
