Lost all windows after reboot; "Reopen All Windows From Last Session" greyed out - any solution?

I have the "All non-private windows from last session" option for "Orion opens with" selected in the settings. I restarted my computer without the restoring windows option; when I relaunched Orion, which had many windows and tabs open in the last session, only a single window opened, with one blank tab. The "Reopen All Windows From Last Session" menu option is greyed out. There were a lot of tabs I needed to get back to—is there any way to fix this? iCloud Sync is turned on.

I expected Orion to start with all my non-private windows from the last session.

Yannick My saved (i.e. Named) windows are all still there. It's the windows that were open, but not saved, that I've lost.
