laiz no safari also not have it, also there is no scrolling on youtube in fullscreen which also work on chromium browser

In that case this sounds like a WebKit limitation, or Google is deliberately making the experience inferior on WebKit browsers. In either case, there likely is little Orion developers can do. You could create a bug report about it over at https://bugs.webkit.org

and enabling smart download, result into this screenshot

And there is no download button on video page

dino yes it is working with chrome user agent, not automatic(default)

AnuragKashyap Thanks for confirming, we will make Chrome UA as default for YT website to resolve the issue.

Could this result in other issues and/or cause overall confusion about why YT has a UA setting that is not Default. Moreover, since Safari doesn't support this either, I don't think it is necessarily a good idea to change the default setting for everyone.
I could add a section about this to the FAQ and consider it Done that way.
