This should not happen.

It reminds me of anti-tracking rules.
I assume you've checked, but I'm asking to be sure.
I tested without compatibility mode, with all options enabled. I was wondering if you had any special rules or another extension, but okay, I know you know what you're doing
I don't use youtube or click linkx in description enough to ever have a chance to experience this issue
But, the link in the first post works fine for me
From info from #10797, it seems it is caused by uBO.
uBO disabled the following YT redirect warning:
When issue happen on the link in top post, there are 2 symptoms:
When issue happen, reloading(cmd+r) the Github page will not fix it. However, disabling uBO, reload page, the YT redirect confirmation page will show up, click "GO TO SITE", the Github page will load normally.
PS: Build-in content blocker is disabled.
this on top of all the other issues I've lately been facing with Orion makes it a really tough sell. I just keep finding more and more bugs like this :/
Orion
Version 0.99.132-beta (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)
Build date Mar 17 2025
Mac 15.4 (Build 24E248)
I am unable to reproduce this issue.
Also, I noticed that you are running an old version of Orion. The newest release is Version 0.99.132.0.3-beta (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4). Could you check if updating Orion solves this issue?
By the way, uBlock also seems to cause an issue where if I press Cmd+N or Cmd+Shift+N to open a new window, it breaks the tab that I was just on, and really likes to wipe anything that I was working on.
