I have content blokcer turned off (see screenshot) however on youtube its still running and blocking ads. You can notice on the screenshots the black squares are blocked ads. And when I load a video if an is preloaded it stutters then skips the ad. I never see ads.
See Youtube work normally with ads.

I can't reproduce it, but I submitted it to the team anyway.
I was curious and tried it.
I can confirmed it in Version 0.99.132.1.2-rc (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4) safe mode.
For desktop browser, the problem of reproducing is YT is placing ad randomly in videos. It is putting much less at the beginning, but more in the middle and even at the end.
Additionally, I think YT is putting a time gap between ads, even across videos. Also it may not even show ad if you are watching a video the 2nd time.
I got lucky in the following recording. The ads were at the beginning of the YT video. Orion was in safe mode.

Just to note, in @JSiuDev video of reproducing, there's a black box like mine on the top left of the homepage even before playing a video. I believe that's a blocked disply ad as well. (So both video ads and image ads)
Overall this leads to a relatively broken youtube experience for me.
