When visiting a GitHub PR with a decently sized changeset, the tab will hang entirely and non-responsive for quite a while (10+ seconds, when my patience ran out).
When opening the same PR in a different browser (e.g. Firefox) it loads just fine and instantly.

One thing devs ask is to try to replicate the issue with Safari, to see if it is a webkit problem or an issue specific to Orion. I would also suggest upvoting that other bug report and adding your issue to it since the problems seem to be across GitHub.
