At this point I am afraid I don't have much to offer in terms of recovering those tabs.
Same here. Wiping the saved windows from two different profile instances is not cool. 
Oh, god. That means there's no way to back it up. I'm doomed. This was the only browser I loved soo much.
can you please try relaunching the app, if that brings your saved windows back?

dino, It looks like the "Saved Windows" came back for my Personal profile (synced via iCloud). The second profile that I use for work is dead and gone - no saved windows are restored even after relaunching or using the older beta.
Not sure if it's related to iCloud sync or not. Considering that disabling iCloud sync is a solution for a different problem I'm having, I'm glad I didn't switch it off!
Not to muddy the waters, but when I upgraded to the RC version last week, all my OLD windows appear and I had to re-delete the old ones to get back to my core set. (When I had originally imported my stuff from Arc, I got a tone of fragmented duplicate windows and cleaned them up). If this is not relevant, please ignore 
This is a huge loss to me as I had both work and personal profiles with extensive saved window groups. I did not know that I should have been backing those up and I don't use any sync services across devices.
In a total coincidence, Firefox 137 (beta) released tab groups today so I'll switch my work profile back to Firefox (as I have IAM issues for AWS/Azure consoles on Orion)
dino This didn't work sir. I'm in Sonoma OS and I think the file that you sent is not installing. 
I just wish I could get back my progress. Most of the open tabs were related to research work. It's a pain, but I'm still using the browser. I kindly request you to please work on this one particular feature request.

As, Orion builds are optimized for specific macOS versions, so changing version from 15_0 to 14_0 i URL will help you downloading compatible version
What's next? I have downloaded it, but I don't see any of my saved tabs.
