Saved windows switched tab by itself

I have 2 saved windows: com and social
com:

social:
Set Switch Saved windows in place
When issue happens, eg. active saved window is social
- The saved windows tab bar is switched to com
  You can see the active saved windows is social, but tab bar is showing com:
- The content of active window tab remains, but clicking tab does not do anything.
- Ctrl-tab switching works, and it shows tabs of the active saved windows(social).
  You can see orionfeedback.org is not in the tab bar at all:

~~Have not find a pattern to reproduce it, but saw this multiple times per week.~~
Already tested if it is caused by notification(eg. whatsapp web) of the other saved windows, but it is not the case. At least it didn't trigger during test.
It happens even all tabs of the other saved windows are at sleep.
This also happens in previous RC version, when I started using pin tabs with saved windows.

Version 0.99.132-rc (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)

Steps

Set sidebar to auto show
Use compact tab
Create multiple saved windows with pin tabs
Cycle throw all saved windows
Restart Orion, should start with primary saved windows
Trigger sidebar, active tab is not changed, but the tab bar changed
