iPad Pro, current software. Attempting to download a csv file from a financial website fails. Orion’s settings indicate the default storage for a download is On My ipad/downloads. If you go to Settings and select the downloads location to downloads, subsequent downloads will be successful, until you remove the browser from memory and restart the browser.

My summary, the browser is not retaining the correct location on where to store a downloaded file and the default location is set to null or something similar.

The file should be downloaded and placed in downloads folder.

Hi ScruffyJohn, thank you for taking the time to report this bug!

Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce this bug. Could you give me more info to help me investigate this?
Do you have a publicly accessible page with a download link I could reproduce with? In your experience is it limited to CSVs or any type of files?
Just force closing ("killing") the app and re-opening it is sufficient to make the bug re-appear?
In the settings, when downloads fail, do you see something special in the "Downloads Folder" value? Does it still show "Documents" but doesn't work or is it blanked out, shows any other value? If so could you post a screenshot?

Thank you for your patience and your help in making Orion a better browser!
