Help: new tab doesn't allow typing/searching right away

When opening a new window I'm not able to type my search of domain right away. I first need to command+L to be able to type. I can't imagine that this is on purpose. But I'm not able to find a way to activate it. Is this a bug or simply not something Orion does. For me this would be a def deal breaker. Hope somebody knows!

Hey, could you give me your following configuration, please?

Tab mode (compact/normal/vertical)
Do you open with a keyboard shortcut or the "+" button?
Does it happen all the time?

I use command + T
This has never not happend. That's why I thought this was how Orion worked.

The only way I was able to reproduce anything similar to this was when doing the following:

Create a new profile
Open it
Before you interact with the address bar in any way, opening new tabs does not cause the address bar to be focused
As soon as you interact with the address bar, it is automatically focused in all subsequent tabs.

Are you able to reproduce the above @cyberchef ? Do any new profiles you create also exhibit the behavior you have described in your report?
