Currently the content blocker doesn't block reddit ads. I would appreciate native ad block on reddit.

The benefit would be Users being able to browse without ads on reddit

    Hey! Where on reddit are you seeing ads? I was unable to reproduce this on macOS nor iOS. Pictures, and more details about your setup would be helpful.

        Yannick It must be a regional issues for localized reddit versions. Please test with german reddit

              It am sure there is something stopping services as uBlock Origin / Content Blocker blocking those ads.

                  I did the following and was still unable to reproduce the issue:

                  • connect to a German server on my VPN
                  • create a fresh Orion profile
                  • create a fresh reddit account
                  • go to https://reddit.com/r/all and scroll down

                  As can be seen from the video below, I did not encounter any ads.

                  Upon further review, I also tested changing my localization and interface language to German on reddit. That did not change the behavior in any way.

                    laiz When you enable compatibility mode, do you see Reddit Ads?

                        I see these with compatibility mode enabled. No ads on the edge of the page though. I have also ensured my VPN does not have any DNS-based ad filters enabled.
