Cannot summarize with Kagi no matter how

Since today afternoon (I would say in the last three hours) "Summary page" option is not working on Orion. As I try to summarize something I have an emtpy page as result.

Just to be fixed.

I just tried a few different sites and had no problem with the Summarizer. Are you still having the issue? If so, can you list a few example sites we can try?

hallochange Just to make sure--you can make searches with Kagi, correct? If so, are you logged in, or using Privacy Pass?

Does logging in / making a search, quitting Orion, then re-opening it fix the issue?

Hello,

New Kagi user (still in trial mode but planning to be a sub); New Orion user.
The Summary Page feature does not work for me. I click on the Summary toolbar button or right click on a webpage and I get the "Summary not available" dialog box.

I am logged in to Kagi and I have Kagi set as the default search engine. I have inserted the session link in the search engine setting. Possibly there is something else that needs to be done?

Here are the details:
Version 0.99.132-beta (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)
Build date Mar 17 2025
MacBook Pro (macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 build 24D81)

Expecing that Summary Function wold work as advertized.

doesn't fix my issue on desktop. I can search kagi, I am logged in there and use the session link for private browsing (but it is not needed for non-private windows anyway).

I also started with a new profile to be sure.

This seems to be a trial account issue. Once I paid my subscription, the summarize page function began to work for me. YMMV.

I am having the same issue.
I have subscribed to kagi ultimate for the last 6 month-ish so it shouldn't be a trial account issue.
Having the issue on my iOS orion browser.

dev0-noob Thanks for reporting. A few questions that might help us debug the issue:

Just to confirm, does logging in / making a search, quitting Orion, then re-opening it fix the issue? And does it happen in regular tabs or only in private tabs?
Do you have Privacy Pass enabled?
Are you using any web extensions?
