CSS transform-origin not working properly.

As an example, when you go to https://tailwindcss.com/docs/animation#adding-a-spin-animation and look at the spinning animation, it's wiggling instead of just staying put.

This doesn't happen in Safari.

Smooth animation. No wiggling.

Here it is in Safari:

Version 0.99.131.0.1-beta (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)

Glaydur can you please try with Compatibility Mode or new Clean profile? as the issue is not reproducible for us, so more like some web-extension issue.

I forgot to mention that I was using compatibility mode.

Anyway I also tried a new clean profile just now and realized the bug does exists on Safari as well.

Replication steps:

Go to https://tailwindcss.com/docs/animation#adding-a-spin-animation
Set Page Zoom (⌘ + or ⌘ -) to > 100% or ≤ 85%
