I'm old and have bad eyes, and need a larger default page zoom to be able to use the web comfortably. Orion has a minimum font size, but this isn't quite the same thing (doesn't zoom images, icons, etc.).
Setting a default minimum zoom that applies to all websites would allow users with vision impairments to better see websites.
