So I am using Mac Mini M2 and have an external 144hz monitor, what I have seen is that the scrolling is locked at half of the refresh rate of the actual capacity. I believe this is a Safari thing because you encounter the same issue. This isn't a problem however if you run Chrome or Edge. I think you guys should work on enabling this on orion, this would make the browsing expereince so much better!
I have always like the safari UI, I think your brower is built on that, however there was always an issue with the small amount of extensions available plus the fact that there were way too many ads and sites with anti adblocking features. If you can provide a brower which 144hz refresh rate scrolling plus since you guys are already providing all the above - then this is the browser for the ages.
