Creating a new tab no longer sets focus to URL/search text box. New profile does not resolve the issue. Neither does incognito or changing the start page. I even find myself doubting that it ever did it! If it actually never did that, it could be useful to add "New tab sets auto focus to omnibus" option in Settings.
I expected a new tab creation to set focus to url text box for typing in a search or url.
