Currently, if you have a suspended tab, loading it causes the tab title to become the domain, then the tab title.
I think that instead, the domain step should be skipped, making it look slightly less clunky.
ie:
before:
suspended tab with title Orion Public Issue Tracker
clicking on it causes the title to be come orionfeedback.org
then, after it finishes loading, it once again becomes Orion Public Issue Tracker
my suggestion is to eliminate the middle step.
I think this is only applicable to suspended tabs
