Advanced filters

So we can see which bugs a user posted in each category. I know that user profiles exist, but I want to see a specific number of results and also which bugs a user has posted in a specific categroy instead of all their bugs, and even all of their most upvoted bugs. It seems that I can only search for all of the most upvoted bugs and not just the ones only created by a single user. This is a separate issue from the more results post because I just want more advanced filters.
