"Install This Site as an App" shows Finder error window saying "The file can’t be found."
Which website do you have this issue with? This functionality works fine for me.
Every website I've tried. I first tried with https://kagi.com/assistant, then with my own https://pubstats.dev which is a PWA. Trying to install translate.kagi.com crashed Orion RC just now.

Trying to create a new profile also shows the same error. What??? I just created a new profile not that long ago.
What's the full path to an existing profile for you?
They should be something like:
/Users/eric/Applications/Orion/Orion Profiles/4912E091-EDA4-447E-B568-1DBC90343765/Orion - school.app
The issue could be related to the path being too long, or having certain special characters

I've tried everything, but I can't reproduce this bug. Are you selecting a specific option?

I found this in the macOS Console:
Cannot make directory /Users/rexios/Applications/Orion RC/WebApps/pub_stats.app: No such file or directory
I thought maybe the issue was the WebApps folder didn't exist, but creating it manually did not help
And I get this in the console when trying to create a profile:
