On https://podnews.net/podcast/i8xe9 there is a "fediverse" button to follow a podcast. When you hit it, it uses a standard Javascript prompt() command to open a dialog box and ask the below question. (This is my website - I'm not doing anything unusual).
In Orion, neither the "Cancel" or the "OK" buttons actually do anything from here. The result is that a user is stuck - they can't close this prompt, since the cancel button doesn't work. The OK button doesn't work so a user cannot progress to the next part of the user journey.
What should happen (and what happens in Chrome or Safari)
The cancel button closes this prompt
Or a user enters a fediverse instance and hits OK, closing this prompt and taking them to their instance.
