Do you have enabled this setting? Settings -> Appearance

Hey,
Indeed, this setting now affects windows that are not in full-screen mode as well

Yannick added the Under Review tag 17 Feb.

nrudnyk added the Planned tag and removed the Under Review tag 18 Feb.

Was this preference enabled by default? its a jarring change to me that got me confused for a bit too

dino added the Done tag and removed the Planned tag 8 days ago.
