Larger visual gap between search bar and keyboard

When typing a search in the search bar, I feel like there should be commensurate bottom padding as on the top (highlighted in red). Perhaps this can be achieved by shrinking the grey space above the keyboard (highlighted in yellow). Just a note that I've cropped the top of my phone screen out.

Would look more uniform and professional — just a small visual enhancement. The whole white search bar could be widened horizontally too, to make the necessary visual real estate at the top and bottom lesser (so that the spacing doesn't look too unequal).

Yannick Still seems to occur on my end. I'm on 1.3.18

Just to say that this issue is still occurring. I am now on 1.3.25. Perhaps the fact that I use an iPhone SE 3 has an impact.

Hi oplos, thank you for following up on this issue!

Unfortunately I don't have access to an iPhone SE for testing, and on the simulator I can't reproduce this issue.
Is this always happening for you (the address bar being too low and too close to the row of accessory buttons), or only in certain conditions?
If the latter, could you give me more details?

jeanetienne This was always happening for me, no specific conditions. But interestingly the recent update (1.3.31) fixed it! Not experiencing the issue anymore, but will post in this thread if I do.
