The Glasp Extension isn't able to open a new tab for the Chrome / Safari extension if the summary icon is clicked.

- New page with chatgpt prompt should open, but it doesn't
The extension is supposed to open a new tab with a chatgpt prompt which it only does rarely after clicking the button 10+ times.
