I think this was raised 3 years ago and marked as done but recent Orion RC seems to have reverted it?

I have never save history and new tab always as private browsing enabled. Every new instance tab or window is always Private browsing until I click on something that makes a summary window. That starts a non-private session.
Can we somehow have private browsing all around if chosen by the user?
I expected my private browsing to be private in all kinds of session initiation. But those initiated by other apps (emails or messages with links) open in normal window. If I maximise the summary window I am essentially browsing in non-private browsing mode.
