This is probably more of a pro-user feature than anything else, since it seems both Safari and Chrome have dropped this at some point. There is/was a long-standing convention in web browsers for F6 to take you to the URL bar. Firefox still does this.
Since Orion honours F5 = refresh, I wonder if F6 should jump cursor to URL bar (like Cmd+L does, as @TheOtherKai informed me of)
