Steps:
- click "Customize menu ..." in the overflow menu
It doesn't happen every time. Have to restart Orion to get out of it. The only way to reproduce is try it from time to time. If you keep your browser running all day, try it at the end of day.
Update testing method:
- Use Orion normally for the day, but do not restart it
- At end of day, do not turn off computer and do not log out, let Orion continue to run over night
- Next morning, click "Customize menu ..."
