Save to Reading List

When I want to save a website to my reading list, I click on the Share icon. However, the option to choose "Reading List" is not available. When I choose "more" it brings up the extension options yet the toggle is already showing that "Reading List" has been selected. I have added screenshots.

As with Safar, I expected to be able to visit a site and then share to my reading list to revist at a later time.

If I had to guess, 3rd party apps cannot add content to the Apple reading list.
However, Orion has its own reading list which you should be able to find in the same list you posted:

I understand you might want to have all your links in one list, but, unless I am mistaken, Apple doesn't want you to gather links on 3rd party apps
