The address bar on iOS should use swipe down instead of up when it is set to the top of the screen

Orion has a setting to move the address bar to the top of the screen, but when this setting is enabled, you still have to swipe up on the address bar in order to access the tab list. You should probably replace this with a swipe down instead, so that the swipe is consistently away from the edge of the screen. That would also match what other mobile browsers do in this circumstance (on both iOS and Android).

IMO, it's harder to swipe up at the top of the screen than it is to swipe down from the top of the screen.

You can change the swipe gestures in Settings->General->Gestures. Is this what you’re looking for?

wow, that's not at all where I was expecting it to be. TBH, when stuff like this does not work out of the box, my first instinct is not really to look for configuration settings about it, because it doesn't really make sense for me to have to configure this? I wouldn't even really imagine that the address bar gestures would have to be configured in the gesture settings even if I had known those existed.

but yes it appears that allows me to fix this manually. I do think that's a sorta weird UX though. :/

(I do recognize that the gestures being configurable is a good thing. What I'm not a fan of is just that the configurability means that they don't update automatically when I move the address bar to the top, and I'm left to find those gesture settings manually in order to do it)

I think that a good solution to this is:

if user has never set any custom shortcuts, then switch swipe up/down depending on if address bar is on thet op/bottom
if user has changed the shortcuts, then don't switch based on address bar location

what do you think?
