"Settings for ..." menu bar item is not updated when switching saved windows

If you click on "Orion" in the menu bar, it shows "Settings..." and "Settings for [domain]". If you switch tabs in the same window, then the second item updates to show the domain of your new tab. However, if you switch the window to a different saved window, the item does not update until you switch tabs in that window.

When you switch to a different saved window, it should probably update the menu bar item.
