  1. Install BlockTube https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/blocktube/ (I also tried the Chrome version)
  2. Toggle a random checkbox on its settings page
  3. Save the changes
  4. Reload the settings page. The checkbox is back to its default state.

Setting changes should be saved. I was experiencing similar issues with another extension too.

      I have this issue with BlockTube as well but am using YTBlock to compensate.
